About the team:
The team leads the planning and execution of Customer Electric Vehicle projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery across multiple locations. Collaborating with Operations, Real Estate, Sustainability, and external partners, they align stakeholders and manage risks effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing project portfolios, negotiating agreements, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. With expertise in project management, asset management, and business negotiation, the team drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. Their collaborative approach fosters strong partnerships and successful project outcomes while advancing the company’s sustainability and transformation objectives.
What you'll do: - Manage the real estate portfolio by evaluating properties for development, disposition, and short-term uses while coordinating with internal partners and external agencies.
- Oversee construction costs by reviewing change orders, negotiating labor rates, and recommending contract revisions to mitigate risks and control expenses.
- Lead deal negotiations and due diligence from site selection through construction, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to minimize financial and reputational risks through collaboration with government agencies.
- Drive business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance to achieve operational goals
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in real estate portfolio management, including site selection, development, and disposition.
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage due diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in project management, construction cost control, and contract review.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and return on investment evaluation for real estate projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members.
- Ability to develop and implement governance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with government agencies and cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
