GTM Strategy and Operations team, you will help design, implement, and manage partner incentive programs and internal tools. Your work ensures our software channel partners are effectively incentivized and our internal sales teams are enabled with robust data and tools.
As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate working with Partner Incentives and Tools, you will manage the operations and execution of partner incentive programs for the software channel and own the management of internal GTM tools (including Sales Force), along with supporting key operating projects. You will partner closely with channel leads, data analysts, and order operations to maintain critical GTM tools, and drive process improvements.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $124000 - $178000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Support the operational execution, and payout processes for software channel partner incentive programs.
- Own the management and data integrity of internal GTM tools, specifically Salesforce (CRM/database tool), ensuring accurate account mapping and hygiene.
- Identify and implement operational improvements, system customizations, and automated workflows to scale partner programs and internal tools.
- Develop, implement, and track metrics to measure partner incentive program effectiveness and tool adoption, presenting updates to executive stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Channel teams to align budgets, resolve payout escalations, and coordinate tool updates.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 3 years of experience in business operations, program management, finance, or partner incentives.
- Experience implementing and maintaining operational processes and policies.
- Experience with data analysis and using business intelligence tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Experience working with channel partner programs or partner incentives in a technology company (specifically software/SaaS channel).
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and SQL.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience managing internal CRM/database tools (specifically Salesforce).
