We are seeking a highly technical, strategic, and driven Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead the rollout and adoption of our critical security frameworks.
In your first 6 to 12 months, your primary focus will be driving the adoption of a custom-developed Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution utilizing Open Policy Agent (OPA). You will act as the connective tissue between our security engineering teams and our partners, ensuring a frictionless integration experience. As you establish the playbook for this rollout, your role will expand in scope to drive the adoption of other key security frameworks and technologies across the organization.
If you thrive in ambiguity, possess a deep understanding of security architecture, and have a passion for partner success and cross-functional leadership, we want to hear from you.
Drive IAM Adoption: Lead the end-to-end rollout, integration, and adoption of our custom OMA-based IAM solution across diverse partner teams and platforms.
Partner Success: Act as the primary liaison between Security Engineering and partner teams. Understand partner constraints, gather technical requirements, and provide white-glove support to ensure successful framework integration.
Program Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans. Track milestones, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate project status proactively to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
Scale the Framework: Transition from the initial IAM/OPA rollout to driving the adoption of broader enterprise security frameworks, tools, and technologies across the company.
Process Optimization: Create scalable, repeatable playbooks and documentation for framework adoption. Identify bottlenecks in the integration lifecycle and advocate for engineering improvements to reduce partner friction.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence without authority. Partner closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Security Architects, and SRE to align roadmaps and deliver on strategic security initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Partner/Customer Engineering.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software engineering projects from inception to delivery.
Demonstrated ability to drive product or framework adoption among technical stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
Direct experience working with engineering teams to roll out programs and security campaigns intended to uplift operational security.
Experience working in a "Partner Success," "Developer Relations," or "Forward Deployed Engineering" capacity.
Familiarity with IAM, Security Frameworks, Scalable Solutions.
