We are seeking a Global Product Solutions Lead to drive the strategy and adoption of our measurement and data foundation solutions. This leader will be a general measurement expert, adept at understanding customer issues and translating them into product needs, while also explaining technical product capabilities in a clear, solution-oriented way to customers and sales teams. In this role you will requires a broad understanding of the measurement landscape, a key focus will be the ability to
go deep and quickly become a technical expert where needed, particularly on Data Manager and tagging technologies and Google Tag Gateway. Collaborating closely with Sales,
Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, you will
launch and scale initiatives that enable advertisers to build robust and durable data foundations. Success in this changing and ambiguous area requires knowledge of the digital measurement ecosystem, experience working directly with sales teams or clients, and an ability to manage projects and influence cross-functionally.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$179,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global strategies to drive advertiser adoption and activation of key measurement and data foundation solutions, including data strength products like Google Tag Gateway.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs and market feedback into product requirements and, conversely, articulating product capabilities and strategy to customers and sales teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to refine data strength product offerings based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and market opportunities.
- Develop and scale sales enablement resources, best practices, and training programs for Sales, Google Technical Services, and partners to ensure successful deployment and utilization of measurement solutions.
- Engage deeply with sales teams, customers, and regional stakeholders to synthesize market requirements, identify pain points, and inform data strength product strategy.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in measurement or advertising technology.
