Manager, Manufacturing Test Engineering

In this role, you will lead the manufacturing test methodology and execution plan for next-generation boards and systems, specializing in manufacturing testing engineering, test program release process and execution, CM testing management, and team leadership. What you will be doing:

• Lead manufacturing test engineering across the full product lifecycle, optimizing processes, systems, and tools to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

• Coordinate test solution implementation and automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams.

• Oversee testing facility design, build, and upkeep.

What we need to see:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.

• 8+ overall years of manufacturing test experience with 3+ years of management experience.

• Extensive expertise in test methods, programs, and test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 2, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 3.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until May 20, 2026.
