The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO, ensuring Google’s Ads business delivers growth and operates effectively.
This team sets a go-to-market strategy, shapes priorities to accelerate growth, and commercializes the next generation of Ads products. GTM builds critical infrastructure from tooling to business skills to ensure flawless execution against business priorities. Embedded globally and across major Ads areas, team members are investigative and pragmatic.
This role sits within Global Business Strategy and Operations (GBS&O), which accelerates Google’s performance through four core functions: a) GBO/GTM Chief of Staff; b) Strategy and Planning; c) Ads Policy, Risk and Compliance; and d) Data Insights and Analytics.
As Strategy and Operations Lead in the Chief of Staff team, you will increase the effectiveness of key decisions and ensure the team achieves its annual goals. You will partner closely with teams across GTM, GBO, and cross-functional partners like Finance and PeopleOps. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with and learn from Google’s most executive leaders, shaping the executive agenda across near- and long-term horizons while addressing our top issues and opportunities in the "room where it happens."
You will demonstrate the ability to lead through ambiguity, display the confidence and judgment to thoughtfully tests and partner with executive leaders, and build strong cross-functional relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
