The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end cross-Global Affairs forecasting process. Synthesize complex data into clear, concise executive-level reports and presentations for Kent Walker and Global Affairs leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Act as the lead finance partner in evaluating AI opportunities within our team.
Support modeling the Return on Investment (ROI) of AI-driven workflows and quantify the long-term impact on full-time employee and temporary, vendor, contractor resource requirements for Global Affairs.
Define and track key operational metrics.
- Partner with Global Affairs and product area finance partners to size and model workflows, brand reputation, and legal/regulatory risk.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or
another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or 5 years of experience with a relevant advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or other similar qualification).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and financial modeling.
- Track record of developing creative solutions to balance company risk with efficiency goals leveraging AI to do so.
- Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous business decisions that impact multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
