THE ROLE:
The Finance Manager will lead key financial planning and operational finance activities, with a focus on warrant analysis and governance, business case development, and Long-Range Planning (LRP). This role partners closely with Business leadership, Engineering, Operations, Technical Accounting, and Corporate Finance to deliver financial insights, structured analysis, and scalable reporting that support high-impact decision-making.
The position requires strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
THE PERSON:
This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with strong interpersonal and project management skills. The ideal candidate can balance strategic analysis with hands-on execution and is comfortable operating in ambiguity, particularly in the context of complex deal structures and evolving business models.
You bring a strong foundation in financial modeling and a solid understanding of accounting and financial statement impacts, with the ability to partner effectively with Business and Technical Accounting teams. You are comfortable operating in high-visibility environments, including preparing materials for executive and Board-level audiences.
You are a self-starter with a strong ownership mindset, capable of synthesizing complex data into clear insights and influencing decisions across functions. You thrive in dynamic environments, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and continuously drive improvements in processes, controls, and reporting.
