Advise business stakeholders on energy and utility strategy for new and existing sites, including risks, opportunities, timing constraints, regulatory considerations, and contracting pathways.
Partner with operations, site development, construction, procurement, facility management, green programs, financial services, and public policy teams to support the company’s global expansion strategy and ensure energy considerations are coordinated early in project planning.
Support engagement with utilities, developers, energy suppliers, regulators, and outside counsel on project-specific and portfolio-wide initiatives.
Identify and mitigate legal, commercial, schedule, and operational risks associated with utility access, energy procurement, and infrastructure delivery.
Manage outside counsel efficiently on specialized energy, regulatory, infrastructure, and dispute matters.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
8–12+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally combining law firm training with in-house experience supporting infrastructure, energy, utilities, or large-scale industrial or technology operations.
Significant experience drafting and negotiating energy procurement, utility, infrastructure, or other complex commercial agreements.
Strong familiarity with one or more of the following: power procurement, utility tariffs and service structures, interconnection, renewable energy transactions, water supply arrangements, large-load infrastructure strategy, or energy regulatory matters.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional operations and coordinating across business, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
Strong project-management capability and ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.
Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvements, especially using AI tools to improve efficiency.
