Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified individual to join our R&D Quality Assurance Analytics & Tech Systems (AnTS) team. This role will be responsible for supporting both AI governance activities and quality systems management. The successful candidate will work closely with our business stakeholders to build our GxP AI Framework and lead demand discussions for our Veeva quality systems modules. They will need to be able to communicate information in a clear, concise, and timely manner and implement the use of negotiation, business analysis, project management, data analytics, and other applicable skills to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Support QA AI Governance initiatives.
Act as QA representative around responsible AI use within the company.
Perform in-depth analysis of business requests and translate these requests into technical specifications.
Act as “translator” between business and technical units. Maintain effective and transparent communication channels with both business and technical stakeholders throughout our Research & Development Division and our Manufacturing Division.
Identify and communicate impact of changes to interdependent systems & downstream data solutions.
Contribute to the development of training for access and continuing education for our user communities.
Serve as a liaison between the Platform (support) team and our Research & Development Division QA business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
Proactively provide insights and support to project teams, functional areas, and system owners.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a scientific or life sciences discipline including Data Science/Analytics, or Bachelor’s degree with complimentary work experience.
2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience communicating AI principles.
Experience with Responsible AI/AI Ethics.
Extensive problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience with stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the appropriate audience.
Ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements to process, driving the associated change.
Ability to lead and support several high priority projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with larger teams.
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with our Research & Development Division QA and more broadly to drive consensus.
Enthusiastic about working with new technologies and supporting a business user community.

The salary range for this role is
$106,200.00 - $167,200.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
