Join our team to build the analytical foundation that powers North America's fulfillment network. You'll design and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and machine learning models that enable supply chain leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions across 450+ facilities and billions of inbound units annually.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and maintain analytical frameworks that translate operational knowledge into quantified target states across fulfillment network domains, working with supply chain partners to document what good performance looks like and how to measure distance from target
- Build and support data pipelines and dashboards that evaluate whether plans are converging toward target states, including automated reporting on plan deviations, constraint violations, and execution misses with root-cause attribution
- Audit upstream data inputs that feed the planning chain—including transit time configurations, forecast accuracy, inventory health, and capacity assumptions—to ensure the analytical foundation remains reliable
- Partner with supply chain optimization and operations teams to surface where system outcomes diverge from network-level goals, quantify the impact, and support investigation into root causes
- Contribute to evolving our measurement systems as the network changes, updating target-state definitions and detection methodologies to stay relevant as new fulfillment centers open and operational patterns shift
A day in the life
You'll focus on strengthening the analytical definitions and measurement systems that guide our fulfillment network's planning and execution. Your day might include collaborating with supply chain planners to refine how we measure network balance across regions, validating the data inputs that feed our planning systems, or investigating why a weekly plan deviated from reality and documenting the root cause for the team to learn from.
You'll work across multiple domains—from demand forecasting accuracy to inventory positioning to transfer effectiveness—each requiring you to translate operational complexity into clear, measurable definitions. You'll partner with our supply chain optimization team to understand how their systems perform at the network level, then surface where outcomes could improve. You'll also support our operations teams by ensuring they have the dashboards and reports they need to make decisions at their level of detail.
Beyond routine responsibilities, you'll contribute to evolving how we think about planning. As the network changes—new fulfillment centers open, regionalization shifts, seasonal patterns evolve—you'll help us update our target-state definitions so our metrics stay relevant. You'll participate in designing new measurement frameworks that move us from understanding what happened to predicting what will happen next.
About the team
Our customers—S&OP Planning, supply chain optimization teams, fulfillment center operations, and transportation leadership—rely on us to answer their most pressing questions. We're excited to work with someone who understands that great analytics only matter if they change how people make decisions. You'll join a team that measures success not by the elegance of our models, but by whether our partners act on our insights and whether those actions improve network outcomes.
