The Senior Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the strategic planning and execution of modular and relay initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. This role oversees resource management, operational standards, and

About the team:
The Assortment Activation team leads efficient planning and execution within Hardlines categories, ensuring key milestones are met with quality and timeliness. The team provides expert guidance, monitors progress, and resolves challenges to deliver consistent results. Collaborating across functions, it supports clear communication and strategic alignment. Focused on continuous improvement, the team leverages data and digital tools to enhance effectiveness. Members contribute to operational excellence by coordinating resources and processes while maintaining integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, driving business goals through focused and well-organized efforts.
What you'll do: - Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and oversight of modular and relay initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
- Manage portfolio capacity and resource allocation to meet evolving business needs and seasonal priorities.
- Establish and enforce operational standards and best practices for consistent execution across store formats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align insights, space, and merchant teams with execution realities and data requirements.
- Mentor and develop managers and associates to build leadership capabilities and promote continuous learning.
- Drive process optimization, risk mitigation, and performance measurement to enhance execution quality and outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 5 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, including 2 years’ experience leading teams or
cross-functional programs.
Option 2: 7 years’ progressive experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale relay/mod initiatives.
