DESCRIPTION:
The Proposal Specialist is responsible for developing accurate, compelling, and client-ready responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and related client inquiries. This role contributes to the organization’s business development efforts by crafting high-quality proposal content that communicates the company’s capabilities, differentiators, and value propositions. The Proposal Specialist works collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs), business development, operations, and leadership teams to ensure all responses reflect organizational strengths, comply with internal standards, and align with client requirements.
Education and Experience:
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
