A day in the life
Your morning starts on-site — checking
OFCI delivery status, reviewing open submittals, and walking the building with your Construction Manager and general contractor. You'll coordinate with commissioning, design, procurement, and security teams to keep your workstreams moving. Afternoons might include updating punchlist trackers, preparing documentation packages for upcoming milestones, or onboarding new vendors. Every day is different — some days you're in the field resolving a staging conflict, other days you're driving a submittal to approval before it holds up schedule. You'll see the direct impact of your work as buildings come online.
About the team
The AMER Northeast Construction team delivers large-scale data center builds across the eastern United States. cross-functional partners (commissioning, design, procurement, security) to bring buildings online safely and on schedule. We value ownership, attention to detail, and teammates who communicate proactively. You'll work on-site in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
