Design and deliver training materials for instructor-led sessions and self-paced learning, enabling global teams to adopt new operational processes and systems effectively
Create communications for leadership, operations teams, and cross-functional partners that clearly convey the "what, why, and how" of change, building readiness and reducing resistance
Partner with program managers and DRIs to integrate change management activities into program delivery, ensuring people-side dependencies are tracked and mitigated

Use data dashboards and adoption metrics to develop targeted interventions and continuously improve change effectiveness
Partner with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and other corporate functions to ensure change initiatives align with organizational policies and compliance requirements
Manage change work stream status reporting, risk and dependency tracking, and forward planning across active programs
Champion process harmonization and operational consistency across global and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
5 years of experience in change management, program management, organizational development, or a related discipline, including experience on cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks)
Proven track record leading change on enterprise-scale transformation programs, including process redesign, technology adoption, or operational change
Experience developing and delivering communications and training materials for diverse audiences across organizational levels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess change impact, interpret adoption data, and develop actionable strategies
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) strongly preferred
Experience working within AI/ML, data, or technology operations environments
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and integrating change management into iterative program cycles
Demonstrated ability to work across geographically dispersed, matrixed teams in a high-velocity environment
