PMO to help lead operational excellence for the Walmart US Decision Science organization.
In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting the VP of eCommerce & Customer Decision Science. Acting as a Chief of Staff–style leader for the organization, you’ll drive
cross-functional alignment, oversee large-scale
PMO initiatives, and help shape how the organization operates, communicates, and scales. You’ll connect dots across business, product, analytics, and technology teams to ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong program management discipline with executive presence, organizational leadership, and the ability to influence across a complex enterprise environment.

Leading enterprise PMO operations – Drive planning, governance, prioritization, and execution rhythms across the Decision Science organization, ensuring alignment to strategic business goals.

Serving as a strategic advisor to leadership – Partner closely with the VP of eCommerce & Customer Decision Science to manage organizational priorities, communications, and operational effectiveness.

Driving cross-functional coordination – Connect teams across analytics, product, technology, operations, and business functions to ensure initiatives are aligned and progressing effectively.

Building scalable operating models – Develop frameworks, processes, and governance structures that improve organizational efficiency, decision-making, and execution quality.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

3 years’ supervisory experience.
