Apple is looking for an analytical and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate & Development (Places) Finance team to support our fast-growing corporate real estate portfolio. The Places team at Apple is responsible for managing Apple's global real estate portfolio, including Retail Stores (500 locations), Offices, Data Centers and other properties all over the world. This role is responsible for ensuring that Apple has the physical space it needs to operate and grow, while also creating a positive and sustainable work environment for its employees.
Oversee capital projects in Apple fast-growing corporate real estate footprint, including creating budgets, estimating schedules and developing long term market strategy
Engage in monthly forecast and annual capital budgeting processes
Partner with construction and procurement teams to evaluate project scope, costs and timelines to ensure buildings are delivered on time and on budget
Develop new forecasting and reporting tools
Drive process improvements that balance the needs of different teams while providing the most overall benefit to Apple
Support the business on ad-hoc requests
3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
BS/BA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (MBA and/or CPA is a plus).
Extensive experience with Excel
Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data driven analyses
Experience with enterprise software systems (SAP), Tableau
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concisely to business partners and finance leadership
Strong prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
