The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Promotions & Events team in Seattle, Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Key role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, keeping close tabs on workback plans, and coordinating domestic & international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for leaders and teams multiple locations
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Oversee expense reports for leaders
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities
- Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow-up on pending matters
- Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Willingness to exercise a strong backbone and look around corners
- Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
- Organize and coordinate in-person onsite support for the largest sale events worldwide
- Key partner in program management and tracking critical deliverables
- Manage space in particular allocations of multiple office locations
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
