This role is part of the Value Recovery team and will work closely alongside the
NPI Coordinator and other team members to ensure recovery opportunities are comprehensively identified and addressed. This individual will be embedded within
RRL and third-party processing operations — they will spend much of their time on the production floor observing processes, inspecting output streams, and identifying opportunities to pull material up the recovery funnel. This is a hands-on, investigative role — the successful candidate will actively challenge existing disposition decisions, question established approaches, and look for value that others may have overlooked. Their findings and recommendations will feed into the broader value recovery strategy owned by the
NPI Coordinator.
