As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate in the Global Business Applied AI organization, you will work directly with business executives and key leaders on critical business projects to unlock the full value of our internal sales tools. GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting
go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own strategic initiatives to resolve systemic operational friction and unify cross-functional workflows across the sales organization.
- Build and maintain highly collaborative cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive change management and optimize business cadence.
- Problem-solve across sales operations programs to develop data-driven models and deliver actionable insights that compel measurable business optimization.
- Analyze operational data and scale internal systems and dashboards to empower stakeholders, drive efficiency, and improve executive decision-making.
- Synthesize complex findings for leadership through compelling visualizations and strategic presentations that simplify complex operational pathways.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or similar roles.
- 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level; with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Experience influencing cross-functionally, and with executive-level audiences.
- Knowledge of sales technologies, products and market landscape.
- Ability to translate complex issues into simple language that people who are not experts can understand.
- Excellent problem-solving, investigative and business judgment skills, with the ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations.
- Excellent people management, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be successful in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales and engineering environment.
