The Enterprise Business Services team plays a vital role in supporting business operations through data analysis, regulatory compliance, and effective communication. Collaborating with management and partners, the team drives process improvements, enforces policy adherence, and executes key initiatives. Members provide administrative support, conduct quality control, and facilitate training to maintain high standards. The team upholds integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement, delivering accurate insights and supporting compliance efforts. What you'll do: - Support business area initiatives by analyzing data trends and translating findings into actionable recommendations aligned with objectives.
- Provide administrative assistance including training team members, preparing meeting materials, and supporting special projects involving research and data review.
- Ensure quality control by validating data accuracy, documenting processes per Walmart standards, and identifying system or process issues for stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, implementing action plans to improve performance and maintain confidentiality.
- Deliver customer service by resolving disputes, collaborating on inquiries, and coordinating communication between customers and business partners.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.

- Experience supporting compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information and documentation.
- Proficiency in facilitating training, coaching, and mentoring to support team development and performance improvement.
- Detail-oriented approach to quality control, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, customer service, or benefits administration.
Schedule: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift.

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 - $23.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
