As a member of our

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to support growth and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for existing customer accounts.
- Expand business and diversify marketing investment through client-first strategy, innovative problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Develop forward thinking, data supported, recommendations that align with customer goals, quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to customers, while managing objections and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations within the sales team, prioritizing and ensuring accountability to team goals.
- Deliver high-impact presentations at client speaking engagements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how Google advertising products work and how they can be best used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
