As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and solution-oriented. You'll schedule service appointments, support our dispatch team, maintain accurate customer information, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first call through job completion.
Convert inbound customer calls into booked service appointments.
Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits, follow up on open opportunities, and support membership and seasonal campaigns.
Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving customer questions and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with dispatch to maximize technician efficiency and appointment availability.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information within the company's operating system.
Promote maintenance agreements and additional services when appropriate.
Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Previous customer service, call center, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service industries is a plus.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with computers and learning scheduling or CRM software.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality.
ServiceTitan experience is preferred but not required.
