The Real Estate Specialist will serve as a senior operational and strategic partner to the Head of Global Retail Real Estate — owning the planning infrastructure, analytical frameworks, and cross-functional coordination for the organization to operate with clarity, speed, and alignment. This person brings sharp analytical instincts, exceptional organizational fluency, and the ability to translate complex portfolio and program data into executive-ready outputs. They will be deeply embedded in the team's most consequential planning processes — from capital allocation and fleet reviews to project approval governance and the five-year strategic roadmap — and will serve as a trusted connector across Apple's global real estate, finance, and operations teams.
Build and maintain reporting frameworks that track portfolio performance, project pipeline, and team KPIs — synthesizing data from across AMR, APAC, and EMEIA into executive-ready materials for quarterly business reviews and senior leadership
Own end-to-end management of the team's core planning cycles — including Fleet Review, Capital Plan, and Five-Year Roadmap — coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring cross-functional inputs are consolidated and delivered on time
Lead coordination of the Retail Project Approval meeting cadence — managing agendas, overseeing Gate Pack documentation, and driving continuous improvement in gate governance standards and materials
Own cross-functional dependency tracking and roadmap coordination — mapping and managing shared work streams and requirements across ART, Places Central, Finance Real Estate, and other key partners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of interdependent programs
Drive end-to-end planning and execution of quarterly team meetings, leadership off-sites, and all-hands events — developing agendas, managing logistics, and producing materials that reflect team priorities and culture
Partner with the Head of Global Real Estate and the People team on headcount tracking, org planning, and talent review preparation — maintaining accurate org documentation and supporting onboarding for new team members
8+ years of experience in real estate, strategy, finance, or program management at a major retailer, top-tier consulting firm, or technology company
Strong analytical skills — demonstrated ability to build and maintain reporting frameworks, synthesize complex data, and distil portfolio and program information into clear, actionable narratives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — comfortable preparing and presenting materials for senior and executive audiences across written, oral, and formal presentation formats
Highly organized with strong program management instincts — able to manage multiple cross-functional work streams simultaneously in a fast-moving, global environment
Collaborative partner with the judgement to navigate a complex, matrixed organization and work effectively across distributed global teams
Proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, and Excel; Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in real estate, strategy, operations, or planning with increasing scope and responsibility
Background in retail or commercial real estate, store development, or portfolio management
Experience supporting a senior leader in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment with a track record of driving organizational program from inception through execution

Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and reporting automation
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
